The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject site from the current “UR” (Urban Reserve) Zone to a R.1C-? (Specialized Single Detached Residential) Zone to permit the development of a two single detached dwellings (see Schedule 2 for proposed concept plan).
