About the project
The City is working with James Thoume Construction Ltd. on behalf of a private developer to install new water and sewer pipes to service the property at 61 Lynwood Avenue.
Construction begins September 24
Construction is expected to begin on or about September 24 and take approximately one week, weather permitting.
Lynwood Avenue will be closed
Lynwood Avenue will be closed to through traffic at approximately 61 Lynwood Avenue throughout construction.
Property and business access and parking
Every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways in the construction area during working hours (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) Construction activities and equipment movement may temporarily impact access to private property and delays should be expected.
There will be no interruption to any City services during construction. Waste collection will not be affected. Please continue to place your green, blue and grey carts at the curb, as per your regular schedule.
