Guelph, Ont., August 21, 2018 – Registration for Culture Days is now underway. Organizations, individuals or groups that want to participate must register on the Culture Days website by September 14 at noon, or September 7 if they want to be featured in the print event listing.
Any cultural event or activity may be registered, provided the activity is free to the public, has a participatory or behind-the-scenes element, and occurs over Culture Days weekend.
Culture Days weekend takes place September 28 to September 30.
“We’re very excited about the Culture Days line-up,” says Stacey Dunnigan, manager of Culture and Tourism with the City of Guelph. “We have 30 events so far with a variety of options for all ages.”
A full listing of Guelph-based events will also be posted on the City’s website, guelph.ca/culturedays.

Culture Days is a national celebration that aims to increase awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of Canadians in their local arts and culture community. There are over 700 registered events celebrating Culture Days across the province.
