Notice of collection: household telephone survey about source water protection

The City of Guelph is conducting a telephone survey about source water.

The telephone survey began Tuesday, July 31, 2018 and should be complete by the end of August.

As part of this survey, Oraclepoll Research Limited is contacting approximately 400 households within Guelph.

Results of the survey will help City staff to inform the Source Water Protection Program.

Participation is voluntary. All individual responses will be kept confidential and will be used for to enhance the source water protection program public education and outreach activities.

Personal information, as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (MFIPPA) is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA.
