Guelph, Ont., April 12, 2018 – Ten playgrounds across the city will be upgraded this year.  Each playground will be closed during construction.

Scheduled

  • Springdale Park, April 16 until end of June
  • Waverley Park, July 3 until August 1
  • Mollison Park, June 22 until September 1
  • Riverside Park, opens June 29

Completed

  • Centennial Park, construction complete
  • Jensen Park, construction complete
  • Carter Park, construction complete
  • Guelph Lake, construction complete
  • Kimberley Park, construction complete
  • Oak Street Park, construction complete
  • Hugh Guthrie Park, construction complete

Later this year

  • Drummond Park, to be determined
  • Green Meadows Park, to be determined
  • Hanlon Creek Park, to be determined
  • John Gamble Park, to be determined
  • Lee Street Park, to be determined
  • Peter Misersky Park, to be determined
  • Skov Park, to be determined
