Construction notice: New pedestrian crossover to be installed on Ironwood Road starting August 3

About the project

The City is working with TM3 Inc. to install a new mid-block pedestrian crossover at Ironwood Road, just east of Reid Court. The new pedestrian crossover will include:

  • Ladder style crossover pavement markings
  • Shark’s teeth yield lines
  • “Stop for pedestrians” signs

New crossover to be installed August 3

Installation of the new crossover is expected to start around August 3 and will continue for approximately three weeks, weather permitting.

Lane reductions and detours

Traffic will be maintained in both directions, however, there will be lane reductions and delays should be expected.

Pedestrian access

Pedestrian sidewalk access will be maintained throughout the working area at all times.
