Proposed changes to building permit fees

Guelph Council’s Committee of the Whole will consider amendments to the Schedule of Building Permit and Administration Fees in accordance with section 7 of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, c.23 (as amended) on Monday, May 7, 2018.

Building permit fees are proposed to increase by 2.94 per cent, except for flat fees which are not proposed to increase.

The full staff report outlining the proposed fee increases will be available online in the 2018 Committee of the Whole schedule beginning April 26.
