The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject site from the current B4-1 (Specialized Industrial) Zone to a specialized R.4A-? (Apartment Residential) Zone to permit the redevelopment of the existing four storey industrial building into an 86 unit apartment building and to develop 96 stacked and cluster townhouses on the south half of the site, for a total of 182 new residential units, as shown on the attached plan and elevations.
