The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application is to rezone the subject site from the current R.1B (Residential Single Detached) Zone to a specialized R.4A-? (General Apartment Residential) Zone to permit the development of a six (6) storey, 102 unit apartment building.

Each of the existing five (5) single detached dwellings on the subject site are proposed to be demolished to accommodate the apartment proposal.
