Guelph, Ont., December 14, 2017 – Have you ever wondered how your neighbour got permission to build an addition near a property line? Chances are they filed for a minor variance under the Planning Act to the Committee of Adjustment.

Thanks to a new interactive map, you can see specific information about minor variance applications dating back to 2013. You can find the address, application type and status, hearing date and appeal deadline, and links to public notices, comments and decisions.

The Committee of Adjustment meets the second Thursday and fourth Thursday (if necessary) at City Hall, 1 Carden Street, Guelph.
