City will announce new date before
December 13 Council meeting
Guelph, Ont., November 28, 2017 – Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, the City has cancelled this evening’s Facebook Live event.
Over the past week, the City had been promoting the Facebook live event to give people another opportunity to ask questions and share comments about the proposed merger between Guelph Hydro and Alectra.
“We apologize for the late cancellation, and we appreciate your patience. We’re working to find another date for a Facebook Live broadcast,” said Tara Sprigg, the City of Guelph’s general manager of corporate communications and customer service.
The City will announce a new date for a Facebook Live broadcast to discuss the proposed Guelph Hydro-Alectra merger as soon as possible.
