About the Commercial Policy Review
The City is doing a review of the commercial policies in the Official Plan. This review will ensure the policies reflect changes in the commercial market that have occurred since the City’s last commercial policy review in 2006. The review will address the City’s projected commercial space needs to 2031 and provide the basis to meet the needs to 2041.
