Construction notice: Maple Street closed for construction starting November 27

Between Water Street and Cedar Street

Notice date: November 20, 2017

The City is working with Greenfield Contracting to do infrastructure work on Maple Street on behalf of a private developer. Greenfield Contracting will be installing sewer and water pipes to service the property at 14 Maple Street.

Construction begins November 27

Construction is expected to begin on or about November 27 and take approximately two weeks, weather permitting.

Maple Street will be closed

Maple Street will be closed to through traffic at approximately 14 Maple Street throughout construction.

Property and access

Every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways in the construction area during working hours (7 a.m.–7 p.m.). Construction activities and equipment movement may temporarily impact access to private property and delays should be expected.

City services

There will be no interruption to any City services during construction. Waste collection will not be affected. Please continue to place your green, blue and grey carts at the curb, as per your regular schedule.
