Construction notice: Lyon Avenue closed for construction starting October 31

North of Campion Avenue

The City is working with Drexler Construction Limited to undertake infrastructure work on behalf of a private developer to install sewer and water pipes to service the property at 66 Lyon Avenue.

Construction begins October 31

Construction is expected to begin on or about October 31 and take approximately one week, weather permitting.

Lyon Avenue will be closed

Lyon Avenue will be closed to through traffic at 66 Lyon Avenue throughout the project. Properties at or north of the closure may not have access to their driveways throughout the project. The residents of the affected properties are asked to ensure that their vehicles have been moved prior to the start of construction.

City servicesLyon Avenue, north of house number 66, will be closed to access for construction.

There will be no interruption to any City services during construction. Waste collection will not be affected. Please continue to place your green, blue and grey carts at the curb, as per your regular schedule.
