Customer and vendor experience is improved by Manage My Market
Guelph, Ont., August 9, 2017 – The Guelph Farmers’ Market recently integrated Manage My Market software on its website. Manage My Market has new mapping and search features to improve shoppers’ experiences by connecting customers to specific vendors.
People can try Manage My Market at guelph.ca/farmersmarket and see several benefits for both vendors and customers.
Prospective vendors can apply online to become a vendor, with faster processing times and fewer vendors being placed on wait lists. They can also upload and manage their own vendor profiles for customers to view ahead of market days. Vendor profiles can then be located by map, which displays their location indoors or outdoors. The product search tool allows customers to search for specific produce and vendors carrying that product are listed along with prospective dates they expect the product to hit vendor booths.
