Construction notice: Earl Street closed east of Dufferin Street for track repairs

Downtown Trail closure at Earl Street

Track repairs begin September 12

Earl Street and the Downtown Trail will be closed at the train tracks east of Dufferin Street for asphalt and track repairs.

Repairs are set to begin on or about September 12 and will take about two days to complete, weather permitting.

Local access to Earl Street will remain open east of the tracks. Access to Armtec will be maintained via George Street.

Downtown Trail pedestrian detour

The Downtown Trail will be blocked at Earl Street. The pedestrian detour is via Dufferin Street between Mac Avenue and Clarence Street.
