The subject site is 1.1 hectares in size and is located on the south side of Janefield Avenue between Torch Lane and Scottsdale Drive.

This application has been revised. An Official Plan amendment is proposed to redesignate the medium density residential portion of the site to high density residential.  A Zoning By-law amendment is proposed from the existing R.4A-1 (Specialized Apartment Residential) Zone and SC.1-4 (Specialized Service Commercial) Zone to an R.4B (High Density Residential Apartment) Zone to permit a 10 storey apartment building with 165 apartment units.
