The purpose of the revised Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the lands from the current “R.1B” (Residential Single Detached) Zone to an “R.1D-?” (Specialized Residential Single Detached) Zone to permit thirty-six (36) single detached dwellings. As noted above, each of the thirty-six (36) single detached dwellings would be located on a land unit (similar to a lot) within the vacant land condominium.
