You can allow calls to come into your regular extension and respond to voicemails, or you can remotely forward your desk phone to a mobile or home phone number.From Jabber: Click the small icon of the phone on the bottom left of your main Jabber window. Choose Forward calls to, New number, and enter your phone number starting with a 9 and the 1 if it is long-distance from Guelph.From Horizon: To forward your phone, go to https:\/\/cog-cucm1\/ucmuser\/. If you see a web safety message, just choose to proceed to the site. Login using your Windows login information (username and password).Under the Phones tab choose Call Forwarding, check Forward all calls to and enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to starting with 9 (to dial out) and 1 if the call is long distance from Guelph.
