  • Aquafit: Use water resistance to stretch, firm, strengthen muscles, and improve cardiovascular endurance.
  • Aquafit–HITT: High intensity aerobic and anaerobic class that focuses on building cardiovascular strength and endurance through interval routines.
  • Aquatic Rehabilitation:  Instructors help participants with exercises in warmer water to increase flexibility, strength and range of motion.  This class is less stressful on the body, focusing on hips, knees, back, shoulders and stroke recovery.
  • Movement Enhancement:  Instructors help participants maintain and improve mobility, increase range of motion, improve balance, and develop muscle tone through stretching.
