Your first step towards a Blue Built Home certification is a FREE water audit! To sign up for your free 45-minute visit, please use the booking calendar below to fill in your information and select your timeslot. Visits are available from August through December, and both evening and weekend appointments are available.
During your visit, our advisors will let you know which Blue Built Home requirements you already meet and what you need to do to achieve your Blue Built Home certification. They might even be able to help you achieve one of the Blue Built Home requirements during your visit.

Please contact your home builder to discuss water-saving options. Your builder can apply to certify your home.

4. The property owner or manager of an existing multi-residential building
Your first step to having your multi-residential units certified as a Blue Built Home is a free multi-residential water audit provided by the City of Guelph! Fill out the application now to get started.
Through the multi-residential audit process and your resulting report, we will let you know which Blue Built Home requirements your building already meets and what you need to do to achieve Blue Built Home certification.
