What Do You Want?
If you have any ideas that you would like to see us implement or if you have any new program ideas, we would love to hear from you.

Help us help you!

Where Do You Fit In?
There is some confusion that the programs and services we offer can only be accessed by Waverley Dr. School students or residents that live on Waverley Drive. This is not true; we serve a larger area than just Waverley Drive. To find out where you fit in, please call.

Financial Supports
If you or anyone you know needs help with the cost of recreational programs for children, please call or e-mail for more information. For example you have three children that would like to curl and you cannot afford the registration fee; we can help you. Some restrictions may apply, and the family must be approved.

About the group
The Waverley Neighbourhood Group is a non-profit group of dedicated community members looking to help support children, families and adults in our neighbourhood by providing social, recreational and educational programs and acting as a resource to help link people to other community agencies.

A small group of community leaders coordinates the programs with the support and guidance of the larger community - we welcome anyone who is interested in any aspect of the community to come and speak with us. The group has open meetings every few months where members of the community come together to discuss issues facing the neighbourhood, as well as the programs and supports offered by the group.

We welcome people looking to become more involved in their community...from fundraising to gardening, from program leaders and toy washers to committee members and visionaries...we try hard to find a rewarding experience for our volunteers and community leaders. If you are interested in finding out more, please give us a call at 519-821-9677 or stop by the Community Room at Waverley Drive School.

Volunteer Opportunities
We are seeking volunteers to help with our programs and/or join one of our teams. Without volunteers our programs would be greatly affected. If you are interested in volunteering, please call us at 519-821-9677. This is a great chance to give back to your community!
