City of Guelph services are available in one convenient location - Guelph City Hall, 1 Carden Street, Guelph. (click here for a list of services). The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (summer hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.). City Hall is closed on all statutory holidays.
