The Guelph Sustainable Solutions partnership is a group of leaders from business, academia, and local government who are working together to promote economic, social, and environmental sustainability in the Guelph community. In January 2009, an inaugural Guelph Sustainable Solutions Workshop attracted more than 100 business and community leaders for a day of inspiring presentations and roundtable discussions. The Sustainable Solutions committee used the insights and ideas participants shared during the workshop to develop a statement – Sustainable Guelph: Our Commitment. We invite organizations to endorse the statement, and become part of the momentum for a more sustainable Guelph! The Second Annual Workshop took place January 6, 2010 in Guelph.
