Urban design concept plans for demonstration sites along Gordon Street between Harvard Road and Clairfields Drive have been developed. The purpose of the Urban Design Concept Plans for the Gordon Street Intensification Corridor is to create a vision for the intensification of this area and establish design considerations to demonstrate future development scenarios.
