The Canadian Radiocommunications Information and Notification Service (CRINS-SINRC) has developed a comprehensive “Antenna System Siting Review and Consultation Protocol” which members adopt and advise of locally defined requirements to protect Community Sensitive Locations and identify local preferences.

The purpose of the protocol is to detail the review process for an application submitted through CRINS-SINRC to a participating Land Use Authority for the siting and construction of an antenna system, as well as defining the participating Land Use Authority’s expectations relating to the location and design of radiocommunications facilities.

This link is provided as a reference to the protocol that CRINS-SINRC has developed and that the City of Guelph adopted December 2013.
