The Committee of Adjustment operates under the authority of the Planning Act to deal with minor variance and consent applications. The Committee of Adjustment Application Mapping tool provides the following information for applications submitted from 2013 to present:
- Address, property location, and ward;
- Application type and description;
- Application number and status;
- Date application entered in database and date application was closed;
- Hearing date and appeal deadline; and
- Documents such as public notices, comments, and decisions.
To view applications regarding a specific property, search for the property using the magnifying glass in the upper right corner or navigate to it on the map. Then click on the property. A box will pop up with a list of application specific information. If there is more than one application submitted for a specific property, click on the right facing arrow at the top of the pop up box to view information regarding additional applications.
