Canada’s anti-spam legislation

The City of Guelph regularly sends out electronic messages as part of its marketing and communications practices. This includes messages about recreational programs, special events, advertising, and general information.

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation came into force July 1, 2014. The legislation requires the City of Guelph to obtain your consent to communicate with you electronically.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
