Businesses selling products and services within the City of Guelph must purchase a Business Licence from the Municipality. The licences are issued by the City Clerk’s office and are designed to protect the citizens of the community.

Building Permits

The construction of all new ICI (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional) buildings requires a building permit. A building permit shall also be obtained for any renovations to existing ICI buildings.
