Norwich Street pedestrian bridge Class Environmental Assessment study

The City of Guelph has completed a Class Environmental Assessment (EA) study for proposed improvements to the deteriorating Norwich Street Bridge. It’s currently closed to vehicle traffic and serves as a pedestrian crossing.
