The City of Guelph is conducting a residential phone citizen survey to measure:
- citizen satisfaction with programs and services;
- satisfaction with decision-making and priority-setting;
- perceptions and expectations of customer service, communication and engagement; and
- perceptions of quality of life.
Ipsos Public Affairs is conducting the survey and will be contacting 600 households within Guelph from July 8 to 25, 2017.
Results of the survey will be used by City staff to understand citizen needs and expectations, and prioritize and implement improvements to service delivery.
Your participation is voluntary. All individual responses will be kept confidential and will be used for further program development and optimization only.
Personal information, as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (MFIPPA) is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA.
