Guelph City Council will hold a public meeting to consider the following planning and development applications. The meeting will take place:

About the planning application
Proposed development application
1159 Victoria Road South (File 23CDM-17501) – Ward 6
The purpose of the application is to subdivide a portion of the subject lands into a common element condominium subdivision for a proposed ninety-eight (98) unit townhouse development. The townhouse units will each be on a Parcel of Tied Land (known as POTLs), and will be tied to the condominium’s common element areas. The POTLs will be further subdivided through a future part lot control application to create the ninety-eight (98) freehold townhouse dwelling unit lots.
The condominium’s common element areas will include the private roadways, sidewalks, visitor parking and landscaped open space.
