Würth Canada officially opens its doors in the Hanlon Creek Business Park

Würth Canada Limited’s new Canadian headquarters is now officially open in the Hanlon Creek Business Park.

The nearly 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art head office and distribution centre is one of the first structures to take advantage of the park’s combined heat and power generation system. In doing so, Würth Canada is helping to support the city’s growth initiatives while also contributing to a reduction in the building’s operating costs.

“We are thrilled to welcome Würth Canada to Guelph,” said Mayor Karen Farbridge. “This is a major new local employer and a major new facility in our Hanlon Creek Business Park. We welcome Würth as a local corporate leader with a demonstrated commitment to sustainability, and we welcome its 150 employees as new members of our Guelph community.”

Würth Canada moved its operations to Guelph from its Mississauga location. The fast-growing company required a new facility to service its high projected growth. The Guelph location will be the primary head office for Würth Canada, supporting all of its internal business functions as well as a state of the art warehouse serving customer orders from St. John’s, Newfoundland to Winnipeg, Manitoba.
