“I am impressed with Kealy’s years of experience, and I know she’ll be a great asset to the Engineering Services team and to the entire organization,” says Janet Laird, executive director of Planning, Building, Engineering and Environment.

Prior to Mississauga, Kealy was a Water Resource Engineer in the private sector and also a Watershed Engineer with the Credit Valley Conservation Authority.

Dedman is past President of the Ontario Public Works Association and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Public Works Association.

Dedman will start with the City on January 6, 2014.

Don has been a consummate professional and has shown consistent commitment to our City during this transitional period.” Laird also acknowledges Engineering staff who have continued to serve the community with immense professionalism.
