Guelph, ON, October 23, 2013 – A new Traffic Control Signal at the intersection of Laird Road at Hanlon Creek Boulevard/Cooper Drive began operation today.
This intersection is located within the Hanlon Creek Business Park.
This signal activation is in conjunction with the future opening of the Laird Road interchange with the Hanlon Expressway (Highway 6). The interchange is scheduled to be opened by the end of October 2013.
With this installation, the City of Guelph now operates and maintains 183 traffic control signals.
