July 15 meeting to discuss rental housing cost/benefit analysis

Community members are invited to participate as Guelph’s Planning, Building Engineering and Environment Committee discusses the costs and benefits of a potential licensing program for rental housing.

The following report shows how a licensing program could be financed, and how it could improve conditions in neighbourhoods with high concentrations of rental housing. It will be presented to the committee on:
